Applies case management essential activities assessment, planning, implementation, coordination, monitoring, evaluation, out-comes across the continuum of care. Maintains current knowledge of resources available within the community, maintain supply of resource material to be distributed to patients when needed. Provide technical assistant to Purchase Referred Care staff for clinical issues for their assigned patients. Makes rounds of patient care areas to review charts for appropriateness, completeness and timeline of documentation by providers. Reviews medical records from outside referrals for recommendations and follow-up care. Education - GS-0610-11 In order to qualify for this position, you must meet the Basic Requirements for a nurse position. This education must have been accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education, Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs, Accreditation Commission for Midwifery Education, or an accrediting body recognized by the U.S. Department of Education at the time the degree was obtained. Degree from Foreign Nursing School:
Official certification from the Commission on Graduates of Foreign Nursing Schools is required for individuals who graduated from foreign nursing schools. Successful completion of a graduate or higher level degree, bachelor's degree, associate degree, or diploma from an accredited professional nursing educational program. (You must provide copy of transcripts with your resume). OR Current enrollment in a professional nursing program and expect to complete the qualifying education within 9 months. (You must provide documentation from the professional program to support your expected completion date.) Licensure GS-0610-11 In order to qualify for this position, applicants must have passed the National Council Licensure Examination. In addition, they must possess a current, active, full, and unrestricted license or registration as a professional nurse from a State, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or a territory of the United States. I have passed the National Council Licensure Examination AND I possess a current, active, full, and unrestricted license or registration as a professional nurse from a State, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or a territory of the United States. Developing a tracking system for patient care coordination and care management across the continuum; independently plans and provides nursing care based on professional nursing practices and medical protocols or guidelines for patients; collaborating with the physicians to develop clinical protocols and guidelines that establish standards of care; providing case management for patients by coordinating services to meet patient's care goals; providing oversight to ensure compliance and appropriateness of care. OR Successful completion of a PhD or equivalent doctoral degree from a professional nursing educational program or related medical science field. Time In Grade Federal employees in the competitive service are also subject to the Time-In-Grade Requirements:
Merit Promotion (status) candidates must have completed one year of service at the next lower grade level. Time-In-Grade provisions do not apply under the Excepted Service Examining Plan (ESEP). You must meet all qualification requirements within 30 days of the closing date of the announcement.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
